Thermographic Study and Evaluation
Thermographic studies are one of the most powerful tools for commissioning for new installations as well as during preventative maintenance programs. Countless failures have been prevented once infrared scanning was introduced into facilities preventative maintenance plans.
PERFORM thermographic investigations of the existing electrical systems and equipment.
INVESTIGATE utility service switchgear, service switchboards, distribution panelboards, panelboards, motor control centers, separately mounted fused disconnects and circuit breakers.
PERFORM utilizing a thermographic (infrared) camera that can record the thermal image and the normal image of the electrical equipment for further investigation and analysis.
PREPARE report outlining all problems or concerns during the thermographic study including recommendations on the course of action based on visual inspection and on industry best practices.
