COMMISSIONING AGENT SERVICES

PROVIDE commissioning agent services including performing active pre-functional, functional and integrated systems performance testing with sub-contractors and installing contractors during the construction / commissioning phase

The active pre-functional and functional testing includes all mechanical / electrical / plumbing and fire protection equipment and systems including but not limited to following:

MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEMS including critical room air conditioning units, hydrostatic testing, air distribution systems, chilled water systems, cooling towers, dry coolers, split air conditioning units, high density data center cooling, fan powered terminal units, variable air volume units.

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEMS including service switchboards, distribution panelboards, circuit breakers, grounding and ground fault devices, transformers, UPS systems, emergency generators, emergency paralleling switchgear, automatic transfer switches, static automatic transfer switches, insulation resistance testing, battery testing as per IEEE 1188/450, emergency power off systems, motors, variable frequency drives, BMS systems, power monitoring and metering, transient voltage surge suppressors.

PLUMBING / FIRE PROTECTION EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEMS including fire alarm systems, pre-action systems and clean agent systems.

GSE provides hands on field experience during commissioning work.  GSE has the capability of performing the tests and not just preparing the specifications.
